How to contact us:
To obtain information for a news story or to request an interview with a Sutter physician, administrator, staff member of patient, the media should call the Sutter pager.

The Sutter Media pagers are staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week by the communications staff on a rotating basis. Our staff of experienced professionals makes every effort to return pages promptly and accommodate media inquiries to the extent possible, following company policies and HIPAA guidelines.
Under the Federal privacy law (HIPAA), it is required that you provide the patient’s name when requesting a patient condition. Our on-call representative will not be able to provide a condition report without the patient’s name.
In addition, Sutter Health policy requires that media be escorted at all times while on any Sutter hospital campus.
