Sutter Physicians Alliance (SPA) joins local Sutter-affiliated medical groups into a single network dedicated to coordinating all levels of a patient's care. Through SPA, physicians are better able to integrate treatment plans, provide access to specialists, and work cooperatively for the good of each patient.
Sutter Physicians Alliance is an affiliation of Sutter Independent Physicians, Sutter Medical Group, Sutter Neuroscience Medical Group, and Sutter West Medical Group. Each group brings a wealth of medical expertise to treat patients of all ages and states of health.
Sutter Independent Physicians
- Provides primary and specialty care
- Serves patients in Sacramento, Placer and Yolo Counties
- Includes more than 500 private practice physicians in primary and specialty care
Sutter Medical Group
- Provides primary and specialty care
- Serves patients in Sacramento, Placer, Nevada and Amador Counties
- Includes more than 200 primary care physicians and clinicians, and nearly 300 contracted specialists
Sutter Neuroscience Medical Group
- Comprehensive neurological care, including brain, spine and spinal cord diagnosis and management
- Serving the Greater Sacramento Area and beyond
- Affiliated with Sutter Neuroscience Institute
Sutter West Medical Group
- Provides primary and specialty care
- Serves patients in Yolo and Solano Counties
- Includes more than 50 primary care physicians and clinicians and hundreds of contracted specialists
